Intuitive Health Coaching
I wish I had an intuitive health coach over the course of my life. I, like you, have struggled with health concerns. In my case, it was autoimmune issues and all that goes along with it.
Over the years, I have visited numerous medical doctors with virtually little or no improvement. I would leave these appointments, knowing that something was just not right. I know what it is like to feel frustrated.
My diagnosis of breast cancer in 2015 changed everything for me and brought to the forefront what is lacking in the current healthcare system. It was then that I decided that I needed to be the change.
Wherever you find yourself at this moment, I want you to know that there is someone that will listen. As an intuitive health coach, I am here as your go-to person, advocate, partner, mentor, and trusted confidant. My role is to empower you to transform your life by embracing the journey and Living Your Wellness.

My training
Health Coaching
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I also received a GREAT Kitchens Certificate from the National Foundation of Celiac Awareness. I am well trained in the implementation and operation of safe gluten free protocols in the kitchen. I have extensive knowledge about all things gluten free and have been gluten free for 25 years.
My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.
Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to different areas of your life. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, positive lasting changes to transform your life.

Alternative healing
We are energetic beings and our bodies consist of energy systems. When the body experiences resistance, this blocks the flow of energy creating imbalance which can lead to illness.
I am a master healer and spiritual alchemist. I am a Trained Allergy Antidote Practitioner, a system created to eliminate the emotional and physical symptoms caused by an allergic response. I am the contributor of the Extreme Emotions Protocol to the Allergy Detective App™️ created by Sandi Radomski and Ruba Homadi.
I have also completed courses of study under the direction of Kimberlie Carlson and Elysia Hartzell to become an Advanced Energetic Allergy Healing Practitioner and Co-Creating Miracles with Sacred Light Practitioner.
These programs are life changing modalities which completely heals allergies and inflammation in the body, clear all substances, chakras, subtle bodies and any and all resistance. It also allows the release of all emotions, limiting beliefs and traumas from all lifetimes.
With the use of high dimensional tools, the capability exists to clear any and all distortions from the physical and energetic fields. I also have the ability to channel information and bring in information to address the needs and situations of clients. I bring forward energetically what is in the best and highest good of my clients.
